Who we're looking for

We're adding guitar, bass, drums, piano/keys and voice teachers in Downers Grove, and at our Logan Square (Chicago) and Midlothian locations too. Lessons happen on weekday afternoons and evenings, and the work is part-time, so it fits around gigs, school or another job.

You're a good fit if you:

  • Play your instrument well and can explain what you're doing to someone who can't yet.
  • Enjoy teaching beginners, kids and adults alike. Most students are starting out or coming back after a break.
  • Plan for the student in front of you, starting from the music they want to play.
  • Show up on time, every week. Students book a standing slot with the same teacher, so consistency matters.
  • Can text with students and parents about scheduling and practice. Clear and friendly is all it takes.

Whether you're a working player, a music student or an experienced private teacher, tell us what you've done.
